Grafton County is participating in the NACo (National Association of Counties) Prescription Drug Discount Program in order to help consumers cope with the high price of prescription drugs. 

Cards may be used by all Grafton County residents, regardless of age, income, or existing health coverage and can be used any number of times that their prescription is not covered by insurance. 

You may pick your cards up at participating pharmacies, your town office, Grafton County Senior Centers, or call us and we'll mail you your card:  603-787-6941
