On September 26, 2005, The Grafton County Board of Commissioners and Superintendent Glenn Libby hosted a reception for five (5) Correctional Officers who have recently completed a rigorous training cycle.  The Officers completed one hundred and twenty hours (120) of classroom and practical training which will be credited towards their certification as New Hampshire County Correctional Officers.  The training included Dealing with Special Needs Offenders, Officer Safety, and the use of “Pepper spray”.  Superintendent Libby stated that “he was extremely proud of the officers” and commended their families for their support. Family and friends were invited to attend the graduation.
